I’m 5’6. o .o

I am a terrible snacker.

I like to have something to munch on while I watch my anime (which I’ve been enjoying a lot of lately). I’m really terrible about eating cookies, crackers, chips, and ice cream.

What are some healthier things I can replace these bad snacks with? Preferably things that are simple/easy to prepare or require little to no preparation at all. I have to start out with something that’s quick to grab so I can pique my interest and then possibly move on to snacks with more preparation.

Or just throw all your healthy snack ideas at me, honestly anything would help. I’ve been able to cut out eating fast food for the past month and a half, but I think I will really see more improvement if I can cut the bad snack habits at home too.

Favorite Indulgent Food: cookies or maybe ice cream.

Does anyone know?: …that I’m trying to lose weight? yeah, everybody I think.

What makes you slip up:  Pain, aches, etc, inconsistent work schedule, no motivation

What makes you strong: 

When did it start: I think I actually started losing something starting last October/November.

What do you see when you look in the mirror: I’m usually fine with how I look on a daily basis, it’s how I feel in my clothes, after a work shift etc.

Are you the fat or the thin one in your group of friends: fat.

Are you depressed: At times, very likely.

Ever tried to commit suicide: No.

Ever cut yourself: No.

Ever been to a psychologist: yes.

Lost weight: A little.

Gained weight: A few years ago I lost 50 lbs or so and I gained it all back plus more. As of recently I flip flop losing/gaining within a 2 pound range.

Do you drink: no.

Do you smoke: No.

Do you take drugs: Not the bad kind. Aleve, claritin etc.

Does your weight affect your mood: Yes.

Do you weigh yourself daily:  no.

Have you ever fasted: no.

Have you ever skipped a meal: probably, but not intentionally.
